Orders can be placed online via our secure server. Just click on the thumbnail image of any fountain and follow the ordering link. You can also contact Fountains By Design by email or by phone (see below).

Each fountain is built one at a time and due to the demand there is usually a wait time that can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on your particular order. Feel free to inquire about our current schedule and we will let you know when your fountain can be ready.

I ship via Fed Ex Freight with a 40% commercial discount. The shipping bill is paid FOB by the consumer. I make no money on the shipping and the bill will come directly to you from Fed Ex.

I offer an unconditional lifetime warranty on all of my creations for materials and craftsmanship. The metals I use have great permanence and your fountain can in fact become a family heirloom that is handed down for generations.
